AtkinsRéalis has entered into an agreement with David Evans Enterprises Inc. (DEEI), to acquire a majority stake in DEEI. DEEI and its subsidiaries, including Disaster and Emergency Services International (DEMSI), will maintain their current leadership and company structure. The transaction, pending shareholder approval, is expected to close in the first half of 2025. 

This partnership will leverage their complementary geographic footprints, technical expertise, and capabilities, while maintaining an unwavering commitment to clients. The collaboration will establish a robust national presence, providing comprehensive solutions to effectively address clients' critical challenges.
